Eat Regular intervals.

Never sleep just after you finish a meal.
The food will take a long time to get digested,if you retire to bed immediately after you eat.
Always eat a balanced diet, which has all the nutrients in it.
Do not over eat.over eating causes indigestion.
Bacteria spoils the food.so always eat only fresh food,never eat stale food.
Eat Green vegetables everyday.include salads and fruits in your daily diet.But remember to wash them well before eating.
Drink plenty of water,but never in the middle of meal.
Chew food well before swallowing.Chewing helps digestion.
Do not laugh,cry,watch television or read while eating.
Concentrate on the food that you are eating and enjoy the meal.
Eat at a clean tidy place.Don,t eat at wayside hotels,where food is neither made nor served hygenically.
