CAUSES OF BACK PAIN AND HOME REMEDIES FOR BACK PAIN

Back pain is the pain in the region of the back or spine.It is very discomfort and it happens to anyone. In some cases it is very severe and in some it is mild.If not treated on time there could be high risk of getting spinal disk problem.

Back pain is a symptom.common causes of back pain involve disease or injury to the muscles,bones,nerves of the spine.Most pain is caused by simple strain.
In most cases of back ache ,the pain is usually felt either in the middle of the back or lower down.It may spread to both sides of the waist and the hips.
CAUSES OF BACK PAIN:
  • Stay in one position for a long time.

  • Slipped Disc.

  • Disc Disorders.

  • Stretching and Twisting.

  • Cross the normal abilities of the body.

  • Pulling heavy objects.

  • Long distance driving.
  • Lifting heavy objects and loads.

  • Sitting in wrong posture.

  • Chronic diseases.


HOME REMEDIES TO AVOID BACK PAIN:

  • Ice can reduce the pain.

  • Massage the affected area with herbal oil.After a few minutes you will get relief.

  • Every time you lift somthing,remember to bend your knees first,this will prevent your spine and back muscles.

  • Wrap some Ice cubes or an Ice pack in a towel and ley it over the sore area for twenty minutes.

  • Sleeping time pain disturbing you means put pillows under your knees when lying on your back.

  • Take equal quantity of cuscus grass mixed with sugar.Take this twice a day with warm milk.

  • Take hot water both and relax.

  • Eat nuts in your daily diet.

  • Take three Garlic every morning this will give you relief.Apply garlic oil on the affected area.

  • Regular Exercise ,stretching Exercise and brisk walk keep your back very good.

  • when you do sit cross and uncross your legs,or twist this way and that changes the stress load on your lower back.

  • Adjust your chair and keyboard height.your arms and thighs should be parallel to the floor.your eyes are level with the top of your monitor.This will give proper posture.

Body odour is a smell produced by a person's body that many other people find unpleasant.Normally sweat doesn't have any bad smell.But the bacteria release unpleasant smelling chemicals ,which in,turn cause body odour.The bacteria multiply rapidly.

HOME REMEDIES TO AVOID BODY ODOUR:
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Eat healthy diet like vegetable and more fibre contained food.
  • Drink Radish juice.
  • In summer wear pure cotton cloths.
  • Apply baking soda armpit and feet.
  • Use antifungal soap for bathing.
  • Add Rose water in your bathing tub water.
  • Add tomato juice in your bathing water and get a good and fresh bath.
  • Apply baking soda and lemon juice inside your armfit.
  • Drinking every day a cup of sage tea will decrease the activity of sweat glands and eventully will minimize the odor and acts as natural remedy for body odor.
