If you want to wear a correct size bra means follow these steps.
  • Take one inch tape measure your chest size down side your breast.After that add 5 to this number.that is your band size.
  • If the number is odd round up (add one).For example if your frame size is 30,your bra size is 35.An odd number so your actual bra size is 36.

  • The next measurement is measure your breast size around your chest(your nipples also).This is your breast size.
  • Now subtract breast size to your band size.the result is your cup size.

  • If your difference is 1/2 inch or less than your 1/2 means your cup size is AA.
  • 1/2 to 1 inch means your cup size is A.


  • 1 inch to 2 and 1/2 inch means your cup size is B.
  • 2.5 inch to 3.5 inch means your cup size is C.
  • 3.5 to 4.5 means to cup size is D.
  • 4.5 t0 6 means your cup size is DD.

  • 6 to 7 means your cup size is DDD.
  • 7 to 8 means your cup size is G.
